About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our Technology Companies Group. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our legal team in various capacities, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information.
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and other parties as necessary.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal certification required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.
